Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current European regulations, any buyer has the right to withdraw from a Sales Contract without cost or justification within fourteen (14) days from the day the Artwork is delivered. During this period, and in order to exercise this right, the buyer must inform Urbaneez® by sending an email to support@urbaneez.art. We will then process the buyer’s withdrawal request and inform the Seller to arrange the return of the Artwork. The buyer will be fully refunded within fourteen (14) days following the return of the Artwork to the Seller, by a transfer made directly to the same bank card used for the purchase.

However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order Artworks or any other type of personalized order. Urbaneez® also reserves the right to cancel any order if we consider that the Artwork has been incorrectly priced, is out of stock, or is otherwise unavailable. In such cases, the buyer will not be charged for the order.
