Born in 1986, Graffmattis is a French urban artist who lives and works in Chambéry, Savoie. A graduate in visual communication from Lyon, he discovered graffiti in 2010 and, after a career as a graphic designer, began dedicating himself fully to painting in 2018.

Inspired by city life and its constant motion, he captures the raw energy of the streets and translates it onto canvas and walls. Situated between portraiture and urban landscape, his work explores the place of humanity in the contemporary city.

Blending acrylic, spray paint, and graphic textures, he plays with contrasts—black and white against fluorescent tones—to reveal both the fragility and the resilience of our time.
